At Paws & Claws Emporium, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK Standard: 3–7 business days
- UK Express: 1–2 business days (where available)
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, or factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. All charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website and social media for updates.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be included in your dispatch email where available. If you have not received an update within 5 business days of dispatch, email us at tommccartney78@gmail.com.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their local authority. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check your local regulations before ordering internationally.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Please allow the following timeframes from dispatch before contacting us:
- UK orders: 10 business days
- International orders: 28 business days

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when ordering. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address. If you spot an error after ordering, contact us immediately.
